STEP 1

MEN’S MINISTRY ASSESSMENT

The purpose of the assessment is for the pastor and/or men’s leader to evaluate the past ministry practices and outcomes, while envisioning what the preferred results are for the future.

STEP 2

MEN’S MINISTRY VISION, MISSION,& STRATEGY

Each church needs to have clear direction for the men’s ministry, what it wants to accomplish, and what it will continually do to develop an effective and thriving ministry. This step is designed for the church to craft a custom and locally relevant ministry design.

​STEP 3

MEN’S MINISTRY PLANNING & RYHTHM

This step is to help men’s ministry execute the ministry strategy through intentional events and programs. As the ministry calendar is scheduled, and committed to follow, a new rhythm will take shape and create momentum in the church.

STEP 4

COACHING NETWORK

Follow up with personal coaching phone calls and join the monthly coaching community for continued ministry strengthening and improvement.
