EQUIPPING LEADERS TO EMPOWER FEARLESS MEN OF GOD
Fearless Men's Movement (FMM) was founded in 2025 by author, former lead pastor, and speaker, Dave Novak. Following the writing of "Fearless Men" and ministering to men at numerous retreats and conferences, Dave was gripped by the great need for resources and assistance local churches lack to build a strong men's ministry. Whatever size or season a men's ministry is in, FMM is committed to help accelerate ministry to men and create momentum in the church. We want to to see men grow and churches explode!
WHAT WE DO:
EQUIPPING LEADERS
We assist church leaders in designing customized ministry mission and strategy, creating growth systems, offer ongoing coaching, and provide resources for men.
EMPOWERING MEN
We provide studies, courses, events, and practical tools that call men to grow to a higher level of Biblical Manhood.
